Our Team

Having a background and degree in Psychology, our sourcing and talent acquisition experts are well-versed in dealing with people and know how to tap into their drive and motivation – which would help in selecting the right candidates to endorse to your campaign. Moreover, ALL of our recruiters are Registered Psychometricians (RPm) who are licensed and are registered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Psychology and the Professional Regulation Commission to practice Psychometrics – which deals with development, administration, and interpretation of quantitative tests for the measurement of psychological variables such as intelligence, aptitude, and personality traits.

Our Daily Life As Recruiters

Not known by many, working as a recruiter isn’t only a 9-to-5 job. The corporate world is a fast-moving industry, and it being fast, recruiters needed to work quickly and efficiently to keep up. One live position can be closed by another competitor, or one candidate can be offered a job by another client.

Remote Workforce’s recruitment arm is no stranger to working quickly and efficiently. A standard timeline for our recruiters to build a shortlist of qualified candidates is within 2 to 5 working days. They would then host the interview proper for you and guide you through the process. The recruitment and hiring procedures are usually done and can be closed in the span of 2 to 4 weeks (depending on the requirement of the role).

Apart from this, we also make sure that our employees have a work/life balance to avoid experiencing work fatigue or burnout.
