We help extend your team or business by recruiting highly skilled staff who work remotely in our Philippine office and perform the roles required. The staff are working full-time for you 40hrs per week.

What roles can be done with a remote workforce?

How long does it take to build a team?

The time it takes to build a team varies depending on requirements. A team can be up and running in as little as 7–10 days, standard timeline is 14-30 days.

Who will manage my team/staff?

You will manage the day-to-day work of the staff. We manage HR, Payroll Facilities and IT services, so you won’t have to.

What is the process of adding and reducing your team?

To add to your team, just send us a notification of your intention, which will trigger the process for our recruitment team to send you candidates as soon as we know your requirements. Simply choose your new staff member and select a suitable start date. Reducing the size of your team is possible as long as you give the 30-day notice to disengage the staff member.

Where will my potential staff work? What is the available work setup?

Your staff will be stationed here at our establishment. You have several options such as partitioned desks, open desks, exclusive business suite, or Work From Home (WFH) Module.

Can I get help training my staff?

Our office environment is fully equipped with meeting, training & conferencing rooms for you to conduct onsite and online training to your team members.

Is there a risk of technical or infrastructure failures?

With top of the line broadband connections along with redundancies across multiple service providers, our premises have a backup generator in case of power interruptions with all computer equipment supported by UPS units.

How will Remote Control manage data protection?

As we are located in the Philippines, we are bound to comply and observe the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA), which is closely patterned after the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We work at the level of security that you require. Our IT team can discuss and agree with your required set-up. Our premises are entirely CCTV covered. The data is on your system, not ours. We place high importance on data security. No staff can print any documentation without client or Remote Control’s management’s approval.
